Eden Baron-Williams (she/her) is a Marriage & Family Therapist Associate and owner of her private practice, CreativeBelonging Psychotherapy, in Portland, Oregon. As a therapist, business owner, writer, advocate, and educator, Eden’s work has traversed the mental health field. Alongside being a psychotherapist, Eden has held positions in emergency care and advocacy for survivors of sexual violence, educator for incarcerated youth, drug and alcohol counselor for college students, sexual health & wellness educator, public speaker, teacher, and mentor. Eden attended Lewis & Clark College’s Graduate School of Education and Counseling, in which she received her master’s degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy. Before receiving her master’s degree, Eden completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology as Summa Cum Laude.

Eden has faced several physical health challenges that led her on a non-traditional path through school and in her life today, which informs the breadth of wisdom Eden uses in her work. Eden has advanced training certifications in somatic attachment therapy, trauma-informed care, and expressive arts. Eden has been recognized for her dedication to the field of mental and relational health and is a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
