Deirdre Barrett, Ph.D. is a psychologist who does dream research and teaches courses on dreams. She is Past President of both the International Association for the Study of Dreams and The Society for Psychological Hypnosis. She has written five books including Pandemic Dreams, The Committee of Sleep, and Supernormal Stimuli. She is Editor-in-Chief of the international journal, DREAMING. Deirdre has published dozens of articles and chapters on dreams, hypnosis, sleep talking, and evolutionary psychology. She creates digital dream art which has appeared in National Geographic and galleries around the world. Her current work focuses on dreams and creativity.
