Catherine McCall, M.S., a retired licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), was a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy when she retired May 1, 2015, after doing clinical work for 30 years. She has served on the judges panel of the United Kingdom Child Sexual Abuse Peoples Tribunal (UKCSAPT), and is on the Speakers Bureau for the Rape and Incest National Network (RAINN) in the U.S.. Catherine is also a member of the Georgia Writers Association.

Her memoir, Never Tell: A True Story of Overcoming a Terrifying Childhood was released in ebook on April 2, 2014, and in print later that month. The UK print of her memoir, published by a division of Random House in April, 2010, became a London Sunday Times bestseller. She has been interviewed on radio and TV, speaking about child abuse recovery and prevention, current cultural factors affecting sexual development, and the healing of trauma in psychotherapy.
