Adam A. Rogers, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the School of Family Life at Brigham Young University. His research specializes in understanding major developmental transitions during adolescence, with an emphasis on family dynamics that underlie the development of competence and psychopathology. His work has been published in leading academic journals, including Developmental Psychology and Journal of Youth & Adolescence. Rogers is the founder of Project A.H.E.A.D. (Advancing Health and Education for Adolescent Development), a national longitudinal study on adolescent development involving teenage participants across the United States. He received his doctorate from the Sanford School at Arizona State University in Family and Human Development.
