ADD, Karma & The Love Guru

Helpful for any ADD'er working on narcissistic issues.

Learning to manage ADD is like many growing and learning experiences, there are many different ways

to get turned on to something new. Many people with ADD are challenged by narcissism, how they view themselves and interact with others can be an issue. A great way to learn to be aware of this, is to consider a little Karma. There is more to it than crossing your legs and lighting a scented candle. In fact, many people think of Karma as The Love Guru, the comedy movie staring Mike Myers, his Karma is huge! Mike Myers is Guru Pitka, an American raised outside of his country by Gurus who returns to America to break into the self-help business.

In reality, the concept of Karma is that an individual cycles back and forth between the earth and a heavenly realm of ancestors. The better you are to others impacts the process of Karma, so they say. Perhaps that's a little too earthy for some and others may like it. It got me thinking about how many people are challenged with narcissistic issues and different ways of managing this. In trying to understand Karma and so much of what surrounds it, a quote I recently heard seemed to be the simplest way of understanding and practicing Karma. A wise man recently said to me "live like everything you say, think and do is being recorded". Following those words would also be helpful for any ADD'er working on narcissistic issues.
