A recent survey suggests that many of us will not bother to return a product bought online if it is below a certain value (£18.01, to be exact). Of course, this is not rational. In fact, we are emotional animals living in a technological age. Despite amazing advances like e-commerce, cognitive biases may be causing us some harm.
