OCD wants you to feel stuck in your rituals. It shows up when you least want it to, disrupting your activities, intruding on your thoughts, and making you acutely aware of its presence. It can make you feel lost, frustrated, and out of control. But what OCD doesn’t know is that you have the power to overtake it.

For over 35 years, I’ve been working with clients who suffer from OCD and anxiety disorders. In that time, I have observed the most impactful and effective treatment methods to overcome the power of OCD. Today, I have put together a new strategy to help you take back control with less suffering.

I want to teach you everything I know.

Taking on OCD can be intimidating. It’s a powerful disorder that steals your freedom. Common therapy methods may not have worked for you in the past, but I’m here to show you there is another way. If you truly want to move past your OCD and reclaim your mind, I can guide you.

I have recently released an online course that gives you the tools to assert control over the disorder. OCD and the 6-Moment Game: Strategies and Tactics is a four-hour self-help video series that offers easy and safe tactics to win over OCD moment by moment. It retrains the brain to adapt to challenges and modifies thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Through this online course, I personally guide you through each of the six moments, demonstrating the “why” and the “how” of each step. As it is self-paced, there is no need to rush through. Taking your time with each moment allows you to assert better focus, better self-care, and achieve more effective long-term results.

You’ll win over OCD moment-by-moment.

It’s not about doing the work three months from now. It’s about committing to yourself right now. It’s about knowing the kind of life you want to have after OCD and doing the work today. Being in the present moment clears the clutter and allows you to take the steps needed to overcome your symptoms.

Yes, you can change your brain.

We target specific areas of the brain, forcing them to adapt to our challenges. I’ll guide you on how to modify your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

It’s about determination.

You know the kind of life you want without OCD. You know you want control over your mind again. You must want to do the work, and you must want to do it with attitude. You must want to tell OCD to exit the building.

In the video below, I talk about the course and how it can help you overcome the symptoms of OCD once and for all.
