I am attuned to emotions. My training in various therapies (e.g., CBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy) comes alive when I follow my clients' emotions. Trained and supervised by Dr Leslie Greenberg and Dr Rhonda Goldman, I am one of the first and few certified Emotion Focused Therapists in Singapore. I believe that the best psychologist is actually within my clients.
It doesn't matter whether it's a "huge" trauma or a "minor" issue. Pain is pain, and you don't have to be alone dealing with it. I have faith that if you allow yourself to understand your emotions, you will be led out of your pain and you can be free to be the authentic you and realize that life can be wonderful and so worth living.
