I provide psychological assessments, child therapy/counselling, behavioural intervention and evidence-based parenting support that are not only tailored to each individual’s unique needs but also to the needs of the family. I hope to create a nurturing haven for families, aiming to empower you with the confidence and tools to navigate the challenges that often accompany child development, behavioural issues and mental health.
My approach is grounded in neuroscience-backed, evidence-based strategies rooted in attachment and behavioral theories. I hope to provide families with individualised support focusing on strengths that are already in place. I aim to break down the walls of formalities and stigma in seeking support and instead provide a non-judgmental, strength-focused space.
