Ross Gormley is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist based in Boston. He completed his MSW at Boston College where he also contributes to the research lab for Psychological Humanities and Ethics. A former high school English teacher, he holds an MFA in creative nonfiction writing from UNC Wilmington and a bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University. He writes on the intersections between psychotherapy and creative writing. He holds a particular interest in narrative therapy, illness narratives, and the practical applications of narrative theory for various psychotherapeutic modalities.
