She has 25 years of experience designing and delivering leadership development programs with the United Nations and a range of partner organizations in Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America. Palena holds a doctorate in Gender and International Politics and is an ICF PCC-certified coach. Palena is a regular contributor to Forbes and Harvard Business Review and is a featured guest on numerous podcasts. Currently, she lives in Paris, where she provides coaching, mentoring, and learning experiences for clients who want to have more social and personal impact.
