Charlie Huntington, M.A., Ph.D., LPCC, provides online and in-person therapy to individuals and couples in Colorado. He has been trained in several evidence-based therapeutic approaches, with a particular focus on Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. He finds great personal meaning in helping people establish a greater sense of self-acceptance, intimacy, and connection in their lives. Charlie is also a trained provider of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.

A researcher as well as a therapist, Charlie actively contributes to the science of healthy relationships and sexuality, in addition to drawing on it with clients. As a postdoctoral researcher working at a medical school, he conducts research on a variety of topics, from sexual assault prevention to the dynamics of healthy romantic relationships to how psychiatric disorders develop across childhood and adolescence. His scholarly research has been published by the Journal of Sex Research, Journal of Sex & Marital Therapy, Journal of Family Psychology, and Journal of Interpersonal Violence, among other publications.
