I was born in Hong Kong and served as a medic in the US Army, which motivated me to assist Veterans and diverse cultures. My style is casual and caring, focused on addressing your unique needs. I use cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy, included but not limited to Dr. Carnes's sex addiction tasks to help clients with porn and sex addiction.
