| Português Life can be messy and stressful, and yet, it can be breathtaking. Sometimes, life shifts quickly and we are left feeling destabilized. Other times, we feel stuck not knowing how to changes patterns or relationships that are not working for us. As a therapist, my great passion is to create space for people who are overwhelmed by life and help them find peacefulness and safety. I am a queer, cisgender, white passing woman and I have experienced episodes of mental unwellness myself. My personal experiences allow me to connect with others from a place of empathy and profound respect for their strengths.
Some of my areas of expertise are sexual orientation and gender identity investigations, coping strategies for depression and anxiety, and late diagnosis of neurodivergence (Autism, gifted, ADHD). Most of my clients are going through significant life changes, such as immigration, separation, career changes, and coming out or unmasking processes.
