Teenagers can be a lot to handle, especially with their increase of hormones. They can be very impulsive, display sudden mood changes, and often make poor decisions. Post Partum Depression and Anxiety
Often times women experience feelings of depression, anxiety, and many other overwhelming feelings after giving birth. Having other women to talk with that are experiencing similar emotions and going through early motherhood can be very supportive and comforting. As a mother, I was challenged with my own health complications and emotional distress after giving birth. I can relate, share knowledge, and guide women through this difficult phase after giving birth. This is a safe and nurturing group that is specifically for women going through similar issues that are looking for support and guidance.
