Do you feel weighed down by feelings of stress, anxiety or depression? As a Counsellor I aim to improve the quality of a client's life by helping clients cope with life’s challenges and finding inner peace. I provide a safe space for individual, couples and marriage counselling. I also offer Life Coaching. Job satisfaction impacts an individual's overall well-being and quality of life. People who are satisfied with their jobs tend to have better mental health and a greater sense of purpose and accomplishment. I also offer Career assessments and Subject Choice assessments.
I assist with any problem that people face in day to day living which can include the management of stress, anxiety and depression symptoms, Couples, Pre-marital and Marriage Counselling, Low self-esteem, Anger management and Bereavement Counselling. I also do Individual Psychometric assessments for Career guidance which is claimable from Medical Aid.
If you find it difficult to cope with problems and experience anxiety as a result, come talk to me. Together we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your problems. Sessions conducted in either English or Afrikaans.
