I am a board certified adult psychiatrist specializing in women's mental health and reproductive psychiatry. I work solely with adult women ages 18 and above. I have specialized training and competency in treating premenstrual dysphoric disorder, pregnant and postpartum women, those experiencing infertility, as well as those experiencing difficulties around the transition to menopause.
In my practice I work with you to help identify and change patterns that keep you stuck while also helping you understand the origin of these patterns. I rely heavily on psychotherapy and lifestyle changes though also use medication when needed. I strive to understand who you are, your past, and your goals to provide comprehensive and individualized care.
