Drama Therapy, a somatic, experiential, and creative method, is an incredible tool for self-discovery, transformation, and connection. As a queer genderqueer therapist, I especially enjoy working with queer and trans folks, anti-zionists, and those interested in disrupting white supremacist and ableist systems of pathology. You and I will co-create a space that feels safe enough for you to grow in ways that are important to you, expand self-acceptance, and maybe even have a laugh in the process.
Together we can find the sense of possibility in the stuck parts of your life that have been feeling like they just can’t change. My specialty is Developmental Transformations (DvT), a drama therapy method that uses therapeutic play to disrupt frustrating repetitive patterns, reconnect to the body, and rehearse new ways of being.

We've got many ways to structure sessions, from drama to talk therapy, so we'll figure out together what feels comfortable enough for you to try (with flexibility to change your mind on what feels best!)
