I have a psycho/somatic approach and I specialize in CBT, Exposure Therapy/ERP, somatic/breathing exercises, neurobiological education, coaching techniques/skill development, trauma interventions and ART, which creates a dynamic therapeutic experience. I work with Individuals, Veterans, First Responders, Athletes, Pilots & Business Professionals.
