I offer an empathetic, compassionate approach to counselling. I am passionate about creating a non-judgemental space and welcome all clients to find comfort and safety to share your story.
My approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, grounded in compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. I am a trained Art Therapist and also draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment theory, Mindfulness, and Emotion Focused Theory. I am also a yoga teacher and use somatic approaches to processing and recognizing emotions held in the body.
