As of October 30, 2024, I am accepting new clients. I work with older adolescents (15 +) and adults who are seeking help with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, people-pleasing, trauma, and relationship problems. I specialize in women's issues and life transition adjustments, including college adjustment, career, divorce, grief and loss, or a new diagnosis. I, also, offer prenatal and postpartum support to women who may feel depressed, worried about baby, or just wondering how they will manage it all. I offer a safe space where you can connect, explore what matters most to you, and take meaningful steps towards change.
My approach is collaborative, relational, and evidence informed. I use treatments rooted in attachment and psychodynamic theory, to help my clients achieve deep and long-lasting change. Together, we will work to decrease or eliminate unwanted symptoms and increase resilience so that you can live a life that is more connected, whole-hearted, and meaningful.

Mother Care Group
This is a weekly ongoing support group for women who have had a new baby in the past year. This group currently meets on-line. A pre-group consultation session will be scheduled to determine fit and develop goals for group participation. Group sessions are $50.
