I aim to utilize my personal journey to bring hope and possibility to those who have faced similar pain, grief, and adversity. My focus involves aiming to provide brief-term therapy, typically spanning between 6 to 8 sessions. Embarking on this therapeutic journey and facing your grief head-on is courageous. While I may not have all the answers, I aim to assist and nurture your path as you navigate these difficult times.
I employ an integrative, holistic, and body/mind-centered methodology to guide you to reconnect with your sensory experience, intuition, and inner wisdom all the while providing bereavement and grief education.
