Hi, I am Bethany, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker focusing on individual and couples therapy. I utilize different approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychoanalytic Therapy throughout sessions. I am Certified in EMDR and utilize this technique when appropriate. My goal is to help you navigate through your life, develop the skills to be the best version of yourself and cope with whatever you may be going through.
During our sessions, you will be able to sort through your emotions and any concerns that you may have. Addressing them one step at a time is the key to identifying your current thought processes and formulating the appropriate coping skills for a happier life. Therapy will also look at any stressors in your life as well and help you manage those feelings.
