I am a bilingual Spanish-Speaking psychotherapist providing therapy online for clients who are located in California and Nevada. The decision to seek help can be difficult and I applaud you for taking this step toward change. I will guide you in healing from past trauma, improving your relationships, boosting confidence, and regulating your emotions. My approach is based on building upon your strengths and honoring your unique lived experiences. Regardless of techniques used, I believe the key to therapy is the therapist-client relationship. My goal is to create a genuine, safe, and supportive space conducive to growth and healing.
I provide psychotherapy to adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. My approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs. Some modalities I utilize include EMDR, Person-Centered, DBT, and mindfulness. I also conduct psychosocial evaluations for extreme hardship waivers, U-VISA, VAWA and political asylum.
