During our therapy sessions, it is my goal to ensure you feel safe, supported, comfortable & confident, while implementing practical therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness - Based Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Culturally Sensitive Therapy and/or Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
You are the focus during sessions, whether its work-life balance, anxiety, identity, rest assured it is my goal to support you while we find a solution to your needs. I utilize trauma informed yoga, breastwork, sound therapy, Reiki & other holistic practices to support you on your journey of healing! My approach is holistic.
I apply therapy, spiritual concepts & physical health to promote total wellness. During sessions, we will uncover areas of your life you may be unaware are causing unwanted issues.
