I specialize in the treatment of childhood and intergenerational trauma. I can help you calm dysregulated nervous system responses, deepen your understanding of yourself, increase emotional awareness and improve emotional regulation, work with you to confront and shift self-limiting beliefs and response patterns, and help you cultivate self-acceptance and self-love.
With diverse and broad training in psychodynamic, emotion-focused, somatic, and experiential therapy models, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. In addition to my work as a therapist, I am also a yoga and meditation teacher and I am uniquely qualified in helping my clients achieve integration of body, mind and spirit.
I strive to provide you with an authentic, supportive, non-judgmental, and empathetic experience.
