Many of my clients come to me because they feel overwhelmed with life. It might be related to depression, anxiety, grief, anger, stress, and many other issues. I find that my clients often want someone to be able to hear them, support them in their healing, challenge them in new ways and at the core of it all, just want someone to help them be a better version of themselves. For me, this means that each client is an individual on their own journey and sometimes need someone who thinks a little bit differently than other people they have seen before.
I help people understand themselves better and learn some new ways to deal with whatever life is throwing at them. My specialty is related to sexual and gender identities, but my clinical training and experience have been helpful in my work with client who may have other things going on as well.
