Together we will reignite your confidence and get you back into flow.

I use a combo of EMDR, talk therapy, sport psychology, and humor to lighten the load. Both casual and hard conversations, plus some healthy boundary setting, make therapy work. I work best with adults who are READY to make changes.

If you want to maximize your savings, learn to budget and STICK to your budget, and begin creating more financial freedom - then this is the group for you. You will first meet with me individually (occurring once) to go over your finances, your financial goals, and appropriateness for group. The group will discuss finances, ways to maximize them, and tips and tricks on how to save more money each month (it is up to you how much you share with others - be as vague or as open as you wish).
