I utilize trauma-informed practices with an emphasis in person-centered, humanistic and narrative perspective while walking along side my clients through their journey of healing and growth. I also utilize Trauma-Focus Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
