Pre-surgical psychological evaluations for bariatric surgery is all I do. You can be confident that you will receive the correct assessment for your surgeon the first time.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have conducted hundreds of pre-surgical mental health clearances. I have been trained to conduct assessments in accordance with The American Society of Bariatric Surgery, which includes all areas necessary for insurance and surgeon clearance.
