My therapy takes a person-centered, strength-based approach, focusing on improving awareness, improving problem solving skills, mindfulness, and implementing healthy coping skills. Through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), you can learn new ways to challenge negative thoughts and learn to break the pattern.
