Hello. I run a online counselling practice specifically for woman who identify with being ADHD (diagnosed or undiagnosed ). As a Integrative counsellor, I combine different therapeutic approaches to fit you as a person, depending on your own specific needs and individual personality. I qualified as a Counsellor eighteen years ago at the Iron Mill Institute. I have since supported young people and adults in private practice, secondary schools and housing associations.
Life can be tough, challenges are inevitable at each stage of life. When you have a sensitive mind, body and soul these obstacles can be even harder to process. This can lead to increased anxiety, fearfulness, anger, sadness and confusion. I work in a way that combines science and creativity to support you to feel better equipped to sail the waves of life.
I am a BACP registered member and hold a Integrative Counselling Diploma Accredited by the BACP. I am fully insured and abide by the 'BACP Ethical Framework For Good practice in counselling and Psychotherapy'. I am a trauma informed integrative Counsellor trained in CBT, Gestalt, Person Centred, Transactional Analysis and Humanistic Approach.
