Although flexible, I tend to use a combination of EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.

I specialize in treating complex trauma and help those who have experienced abandonment from their parents, whether that included physical and emotional disconnection, and those who believe they grew up too fast because their parents were not able to provide them with a safe and healthy environment that would allow them to live a life as a child.
