I provide a safe, supported and healing therapeutic setting for adults and adolescents who have experienced trauma, sexual abuse, addictions or are challenged by their life experiences and have found themselves ready to begin the process of gaining insight, understanding, and skills to safely navigate those experiences. These experiences can lead to a variety of issues that can have profound affects on our mind and body. It also may impact our daily functioning, our relationships, and our professional experiences. The journey through change begins from within, and together we can navigate that journey safely and compassionately.
I specialize in working with adults and adolescents with complex issues, trauma and have experienced abuse. These issues and their pathways are unique to each individual and they deserve a specialized approach. Nevertheless, clients who encounter a variety of life’s challenges, whether it be personal, family, relational, or professional are always welcome.
Therapy takes time, and should not be rushed. Together, we will work through understanding the ways you have been impacted by your experience, recognizing the source of your symptoms, learning to have compassion for yourself, while finding your interpersonal strengths through a restorative therapeutic process.
