As a neurodivergent, queer-identifying, Asian therapist, my goal is to help folks who may share a similar background tell their stories in a new light. Whether you're struggling with mental health, questioning your identity, or want to begin healing from a traumatic past, I want my clients to know that isn't all there is to their life--that there is another story you can tell about yourself based on strength, resiliency, and courage.
My therapy is trauma-informed, strength-based, and collaborative. I want to help you in the way that you want to be helped. I encourage discussions about emotion, play with language to help clients create new narratives for themselves, and try to challenge negative perspectives, while also remaining practical and solution-focused when required.
My practice is a warm and safe place for you to express yourself fully, and to be seen and heard without judgement. I am LGBTQ+ positive, POC-friendly, flexible, and simply want to accompany and support you as you go on your journey towards health and contentment.
