If you have problems. being able to look at what is happening with someone neutral can be life-changing. There are also ways of shifting overwhelming anxiety and depression. In partner relationships, communication is often an issue and finding alternatives and healthier ways to resolve conflict can turn things around.
I am an experienced, accredited Counsellor, able to work flexibly with you. I work as a Counsellor at a sexual abuse support agency and have also counselled at Catalyst, a drug and alcohol support agency. Need does not always coincide with income so I am willing to consider lower fees where it is necessary and have a limited number of lower cost spaces.
Counselling takes place in a calm, friendly and relaxed environment, giving you the space to fully explore what is happening and get things going in a direction which works better for you. Creating a trusting relationship between us is vital to success; we can begin to get a sense of possibility in a pre-session free 15 minute Zoom or Whatsapp video call.
