In practice, I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, enhancing Self-Esteem and understanding Immigration or Acculturation stress. My personal experience as an immigrant compliments my knowledge of life transitions and acculturation issues facing first and second generation Canadians. My clients range from students to adults; working professionals experiencing high functioning anxiety or depression, and couples. I am curious about the intersectionality of mental health and immigration.
