*Not currently accepting new clients* I’m so glad you’re here. Telling our story takes courage. If there is one thing I know, it’s that asking for help is a breathtaking act of raw bravery. Whatever has propelled you to this point, welcome. Therapy is a place to talk about the tough stuff: trauma, heartache, loss, stress. It’s also a place to talk about your hopes, longings, goals, and dreams…your identity: the you that you are and maybe, if we’re daring, the you that you want to be.
I love working with clients who are longing for change and figuring out their own individual meaning and purpose in their lives. Perhaps that’s as a parent, a partner, a working professional, or a student. I believe therapy is hard work, but I also believe it should be exciting, hopeful, and deeply satisfying.
When I’m not listening to mental wellness podcasts or boring my family and friends with fun facts about Attachment theory, you can find me exploring the bike paths of Ottawa or curled up on my couch, nose in book, coffee in hand.
