The equine co-therapists provide a safe and supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to explore, create, and expand their visions of a successful future. Beyond individual and family therapy, we offer equine-assisted supervision for licensure and professional growth, team-building workshops, and personal growth workshops.
Research shows one day spent out at the farm building relationships with horses can increase self-esteem, self-eficacy, and decrease symptoms of stress. If you are not ready to commit to therapy, consider a one day coaching workshop at the farm.
