Art therapy is an experiential process of creating and learning about oneself. I support individuals who struggle with a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, and PTSD etc. I specialize in helping people explore their thoughts and feelings through art and art processing. My approach is humanistic, integrative, and person focused.
I offer virtual individual art therapy and counseling (in VT and ME). Art Therapy is based on the belief that creating art can assist people in resolving conflicts, managing behavior, increasing self-esteem, and learning more about oneself. It may seem challenging to do art therapy virtually but there are still a lot of benefits!
