I am a first generation immigrant, marriage and family therapist trained to work with individuals, couples and families. I have a special interest in working with clients navigating intersecting identities, such as how their immigrant values and western culture interact. I enjoy working with women who find themselves stepping out of boxes and breaking barriers set for them within their intimate relationships, families and society at large. I am also thoroughly delighted to join my clients on their journeys in working through struggles relating to their religious/spiritual identities.
My approach is collaborative so when we start sessions, we can set goals to help you achieve the outcomes that are important to you and improve the quality of your life. I hold space for you to explore all parts of yourself. I utilize narrative, structural and solution focused techniques.
