Health E-Counselling is my online therapy practice that helps make therapy convenient and accessible to everyone. From the comfort of your own home, you can engage in meaningful conversation with a Registered Psychotherapist about a variety of concerns. I work with clients like you who have lost control of some part of their life, who aren't sure which direction to go, who have struggles with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship problems to name a few. I am committed to working with you, to help you listen to your most authentic self, and to discover your best solutions.
It is my intention to create an online space that is inviting and comfortable for you. My personable style seeks to build an alliance with everyone I meet and to nurture a relationship that is trusting and safe. I welcome you to be yourself, share your vulnerabilities, and to learn and grow from your challenges.
