Navigating your 20's and making the transition from high school to your 30's is stressful at best and overwhelming at worst. School, work, relationships, family, making friends, self-esteem and a variety of other issues are addressed here. If you need help and support this group will provide a safe, confidential environment in which to discuss your thoughts and feelings.
