I received my MA, and CAGS from Salve Regina University. I possess experience working with anxiety; depression; life transitioning; PTSD; sexual, physical and emotional trauma; and co-occurring disorders. I also have experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities/developmental disabilities.
I utilize CBT to assist clients with creating personal goals; develop appropriate coping skills and increase problem solving skills with the ultimate goal to change patterns of thinking or behavior that are behind people's difficulties, and so change the way they feel.
