I'd be happy to share a space with you to pause and cultivate increased self-awareness and compassion. My sessions are not be intended to "fix you" but to welcome the many parts that make you, you.
I was born and raised in Peru, and am familiar with how it feels to navigate different cultures -how fascinating and at the same time challenging that can be. I'll be happy to speak my beloved native Spanish with you in therapy if that is something we share. I often hear from my clients how profound it can be to experience healing in their own mother tongue.
