Does your life feels unsettled because of changes in your job or home, a relationship ending, loss of a loved one. uncertain times, or another difficult transition? Are past traumas haunting you? Do you walk on eggshells because people around you insist that you should be someone other than who you are? Do you feel overwhelmed by the events of the last several years? These have been difficult years, and the ground we walk on feels unsteady for many people.
I specialize in helping people through difficult life transitions and helping people develop the courage to become their true selves, even in the face of doubt or opposition. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reevaluation), as well as other tools for addressing anxiety and trauma.
Regardless of your issue, I fully believe you’ve been doing the best you can under the circumstances. Contact me through this website or my website, and let’s discuss what’s working well for you, what can work better, and how you and I can best work together to address your challenges.
