We will work together on your journey of healing, growth, and change! I welcome and honor the responsibility each client entrusts with me in aiding him or her into personal awareness, and through the journey of change. I embrace and celebrate each person's uniqueness, including cultural background, spiritual beliefs, and worldviews. Along with talk therapy, I specialize in EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing).
EMDR Therapy can be an addition to the therapeutic process of talk therapy. It has been used for treatment of emotional disturbances and levels various of trauma. I have had great success with EMDR Therapy in helping individuals identify, and ultimately heal and grow from negative experiences and traumatic events.
I offer a unique service of Electronic Sessions, utilizing Zoom and/or the phone. Rates are substantially reduced, while still providing the quality services of the office setting. Electronic sessions are $80.00/60 minutes. If your schedule is limiting, due to various reasons, this alternative might be for you.
