I’m here to help, whether you’re grappling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, a significant life transition, challenges in your relationships, complex family dynamics, or wanting to work through the impact of trauma. I can offer a space to freely express and explore and work through your thoughts and emotions. This self-awareness and self-acceptance will allow you to tap into your potential to confidently face life's obstacles.
Therapy is a collaborative and deeply personal process. In our sessions, we’ll take the time to understand who you are and what you have been through, working at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we’ll work to uncover the root causes of your struggles, and help you develop a stronger sense of self and purpose.
I’m committed to honoring your goals and I welcome working with queer and gender-expansive populations. My practice is primarily psychodynamic in nature, non-judgemental, and rooted in respect for one’s identities and beliefs.
