Hello! I'm Kevin, somatic therapist who specializes in working with individuals impacted by trauma. In my practice, I enjoy working with individuals to develop a strong therapeutic relationship built on compassion, curiosity, organicity and spaciousness. I specialize in supporting trauma survivors to find healing by learning to regulate your nervous system, positively shifting your relationship with your emotions, and the impacts of your past.
I utilize Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy in my work with individuals impacted by complex and single incident trauma. I have advanced training in working with people who dissociate, as well as those who struggle with emotional dysregulation, attachment disruption and relationship dysfunction.
I am currently accepting new clients into my practice and I have availability most days. I believe that effective therapy is built on a strong therapeutic relationship, which is why I offer a free 15 minute consultation call to those are are interested in working with together.
