With 25+ years of success as a versatile, supportive clinical psychologist, it is my joy to now focus on working with the midlife woman. She is often encountering life experiences that impact her mental health including: physical changes, empty nest, job changes, gray divorce, retirement or caring for aging parents or children. I am passionate about supporting women who are experiencing the loneliness and isolation of living in a toxic relationship or healing from one. Also, I am fervent about helping individuals journey through life transitions, loss and grief. Midlife can be a time of awakening, new possibilities and empowerment.
I have extensive training and broad clinical experience working with clients age 4 to 92, in a myriad of settings. My early life experiences created within me a passion to help change the stigma of mental illness and to be a part of the healing journey. In addition, to my clinical work, I am sought out for clinical supervision, workshops and consultation.
I provide both secular and Christian counseling utilizing an integrative approach and empirically validated forms of therapy. Each client is unique and I customize my treatment respecting this. My goal is to provide a safe place to explore your concerns, heal your wounds, equip you with more effective life skills and empower you to become your own advocate.
